Here is the second episode of order/fire featuring Chef Blake Hartwick of Bonterra Restaurant.

Blake Hartwick is currently Executive Chef at Bonterra in Charlotte, NC where he focuses on Southern Cuisine and his love of fresh local flavors. His previous Charlotte food history includes stints at old uptown restaurants Bistro 100, Carpe Diem, and Sonoma. He first joined Bonterra as Executive Chef in 2000. Blake spent time in Spain between 2004 and 2006 working at the prestigious Casino de Madrid and NoDo. He also served as the Chef de Cuisine at the world renowned Four Star, Four Diamond Greenbrier Resort before coming back home to Bonterra in 2014.
