Hi y’all! If you have ever driven to Rock Hill for breakfast, it was probably cooked by this guy! Greg Collier and his wife Subrina run two of the best restaurants in town and easily the best breakfast in all of the Carolinas, The Yolk and At Dawn Cafe. In this episode you will hear about cooking eggs, diversity in the kitchen and the local food scene!

We are having our viewing party at Free Range Brewing on Nov. 6th with the social hour starting at 1-m, the viewing at 2pm and a special chicken dinner at 3pm.

After the viewing of ep. 3, there will be a chicken dinner with 2-3 sides and cornbread, suggested $10 donation per plate, with all of the proceeds going to benefit the Community Culinary School of Charlotte! The chicken has all been generously donated by Springer Mountain Farms and students from the CCSC will be helping to prepare and serve the dinner. Chefs Marc Jacksina and Greg Collier will be preparing the chicken two ways, Marc will be doing an Alabama White Sauce and Gregg will be using a TN spice rub. CCSC students and Chef Geoff Bragg will also be preparing all of the sides. This should be a great event and we hope you can make it!Order-Fire_S2E3_poster
